I’ve Placed An Order What Happens Now?

You should receive an e-mail confirming your order has been received. If there is any problem you will be contacted as soon as possible by e-mail and/or phone giving you details of the situation and we will discuss various options that you may have.

We look to deliver in five working days (Monday – Friday) and you will be contacted by phone and e-mail to advice when we will de delivering. Please be aware to keep cost down we do deliver when we are in the area so we may need to arrive at short notice. Please see our section on deliveries. 

You are more than welcome to call our depots to see how your order is progressing.

Return Policy

Our policy is in addition to your legal rights.If you wish to return a product it must be unused, as new in a saleable condition in the original packaging.We will look to collect any returned goods within 5 working days (Monday – Friday) but the goods will be subject to a collection charge should we be required to pick –up.

Any refund will be in the form that the original goods were paid for.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your goods as soon as possible on arrival and inform us of any damage. If you are present for the delivery and notice any damage on please mark your ticket as damaged and let us know.

We will organise a replacement as soon as possible and keep you informed of progress.
