Our “local shopper” service is available to people living in the postcode areas identified below. If your location is outside these areas please call us as we may well deliver to your location but will need to price it individually. When placing an order you will need identify your delivery area.

 
We use a crane offload delivery service and if going down a drive we need 12ft access. The cranes typically can boom out about 12 feet when a 1 tonne load is being positioned. We will not guarantee being able to put item over 6ft hedges or fences.

You don’t have to be in when we deliver. You can leave instruction of where you would like the delivery item put and we will try our best.

Typically we would leave a product in a sensible place on the drive or on the front lawn. Please be aware we cant leave an item unattended on the road or public footpath.

A flat rate delivery charge of £12.50 inc VAT will be applied to all individual orders.

If you want to be in for a delivery, arrange a particular day or are outside our local delivery areas  you need to call our sales team at your local office.

Once we have received your order we will look to have it to you within 5 working days (Monday – Friday).

We will keep you informed by phone or e-mail how your order is progressing and if there is a problem you will be informed straight away.
